Join us tonight once again at Honolulu Night Market and spend some time shopping, dining and listening to some wonderful entertainment. Also, look out for the street acts featuring Apo Mahina on aerial and keep an eye out for dancers representing National Dance Week – Hawaii.
‘Apo Mahina, meaning, “Embraced by the Moon”, is a performing aerial troupe from the Still & Moving Center in Kaka’ako. They perform a style of dance called Ambient Aerial, in the Lyra, Silks and Trapeze.
Dancers and movers representing National Dance Week Hawaii will be performing various dance styles. National Dance Week Hawaii is a week of dance events, classes, and fun designed for everyone. We have something for dancers and non-dancers of all ages and dance skills. Check out our website NDW-Hawaii.com or social media @ndwhawaii (instagram and twitter) for updated schedule on: free and $5 classes, Master Workshops, Hip Hop Culture Day, Hawaiian Culture Day, and Hawaiian Children’s Cancer Foundation fundraiser. Pre-registration discounts are available on our website through September 25.
